Case: Scheduled Upgrade Maintainance Work on SH100 & SH101

Description: As per our email to those on servers SH100 & SH101, there is essential maintainance work that will be taking place on the following dates

Status:

• 01/05/2025 - 19/05/2025 [10:00pm-2:00am UK BST Time]  - XenCP Control Panel Access may be temporarily unavailable during these hours
• During these hours you may see a licensing error - if you cannot access your panel outside these hours, just send us a quick email/ticket and we will reset the session
  If you need access to SkyPanel please use your domain in the URL.
• Essential maintainance is taking place during the hours listed above
  
  Update: All users on SH100 - maintainance is now complete. SH101 - maintainance is due to finish by 19th May 2025 - 2:00AM

Reason:

To continue providing a great level of service, upgrades are underway and taking place during the hours above.
All sites remain online but access to the XenCP control panel may be limited.
